Surprises.

God surprises me with things sometimes. Tonight was very unmotivated in terms of work..and yeh i didn't get anything done except typing a few lines for bio .. and it wasn't even for the assessment in week 9 :S should have done a few lines for english instead!

Anyways, so thankful for God . He truly listens to my prayers :D I didn't stuff up business like I thought I would. ;)

God surprised me because on an unusually boring and casual night like Friday's, I usually expect to just hang around the computer and do nothing for the night..or watch a movie. However as I was putting back mum's hair dryer in drawer, parents' bed with electric blankets on was right there and I couldn't help but slip in. Found a quiz book directed at 9-10 year old kids on general knowledge (LOL) and dad and me tested each other for an hour and a half.. lol. It was funny, and my point is that God tends to show me how His simple actions leads me to have a brightened up night and time to bond with my daddy.
& funniest thing I learnt...my dad cannot tell between adjectives/nouns/verbs/conjuction (verbs) haha. he thought that hopped, laughing, because were all "verbs" and didnt think that "road" was .. hahah..but then again he thought i said "rode" (though cant blame him since they're homonyms!)

& last night (thursday) had a really good sleep. had a dream that his fellow (whom i dont know since i dont watch the vampire diaries show :S) :

was going out with me! hahahaa. :) though Meisze says the other guy is hotter..so meh I guess I'll have to watch the show to find out.

ancient history assessment on finance. 20% ... fear i may not remember information in time for it.

ugh, it was so much better when ancient was on thursday..i wouldnt' have to freak out about it T_T

i guess this is God's way of telling me i need to be more prepared for things lol.
and i heard Pris's party was really good :(
i will have to find out the details on monday. i'm upset i didn't get to celebrate with her! but i guess sacrifices are sacrifices.

2 assessments in consecutive periods and i lived.
mark lending me rest of season 3 of big bang theory :) and watched "An education" after school (LOL) better than my expectations ;)

wednesday 26th
biology excursion at unsw museum of human disease.
yuck and gross but .. interesting experience.
so extremely rainy and wet on the day too ! but luckily had umbrella.
enjoyed my awesome conversations about life with diana :]

thursday 27th
AMAZING RACE WHATS NOT TO LOVE!
business studies result. better than my expectations but at the same time (LOL ALWAYS HAPPENS) wished i did bit better.

nice night quizzing dad on quizzes specifically made for 9-10 year old kids. haha :]

Unhealthy.

This week...seems like all i've consumed is junk food.

wednesday - business studies excursion had sausage rolls, chicken nugget, party pie with coke and apple juice.

friday - honey baked ham chips at night time

saturday - chicken kebab (actually that's not that unhealthy) , macca's for dinner lol

sunday - pizza for lunch.

+ chocolate such as snickers throughout the week .. heh.

How sad is it that my last 2 posts have been about food.. !

Anyways, mum and dad were funny today...they went up google earth looking at our house.. lols. They really are strange and weird sometimes...suppose that's how I got my "special" genes.

hmm, dreading this week only coz it's another week of schoool :P but excited as miss out period 1 and 2 on wed for photos .. and friday for geo excursion!
oh yeh .. ONLY HAVE ONE LESSON OF ENGLISH THIS WEEK :D exciting.

and yesterday hamlet excursion was alright , it was freezing..took nearly 2 hrs just to get back home but overall it was alright. got dotti jeans discounted from $60 to $20. feel asian.
and pretty fun on train ride home playing snap and big 2 with kashmina, antonia and jason. strange that us 4 were together but yeh. bummed out that i didn't get free cards from careers expo day ! lols.

this week was fun for me .. i just realised. wed was business studies excursion, thurs was careers expo + 2 hrs of amazing race, sat was hamlet and citying/bondiing and pizzaing. and sunday was just a nice peaceful day at home.
oh yeh .... my brother bought 2 packets of cadbury chocolates off me lmao and my dad bought another 2... hahaha. mum wasn't exceptionally happy only coz she has a whole stack in the pantry already..and the "discounted" ones hahah.

chocolate sold so far: 12!

and today (my blog posts are always talking about stuff all over the place..heh) took my brother's yearbook to look at....the profile stuff were funny. especially the asian ones haha (not to be racist but they were coz they were so witty) and my brother was somewhat "cool" (in a way!)

Tasty Dishes

yesterday (Saturday) consisted of a whole day of meals i thoroughly enjoyed:

breakfast: fried bacon and egg, plain bun and ham flavoured baked beans

lunch: carlo village hk cafe - beef? i think with noodles and stuff. so yummy that i got mum to buy me a packet of those noodles to eat.

dinner: rice with lettuce, verminicilli however you spell it, chinese sausage , some stuff i don't know the name of (LOL), yeh it tastes a lot better than i made it sound.

i have no idea why i felt the need to post about food on my blog.. lol.

ps happy mother's day. my mum thoroughly enjoyed her present of a big fat kiss on her face from me.
